We think we’ve made our website pretty simple to use. There are sure to be a few queries, which will hopefully be covered in the FAQs below.

 

I don’t have an email address, can I still place an order?
Yes of course. Give our customer advisors a call and they will be happy both to advise you on your purchase and also placing your order.

 

Is there a charge for delivery?
We have nailed our prices down as low as possible, and haven’t factored in delivery costs. Delivery is charged at a standard rate of £4.99 inc VAT, but if you spend over £100.00 we will pay the delivery costs! Please refer to product details for delivery charges relating to pool tables and other table games.

 

How long will my cool new stuff take to arrive?
We are sure you are excited about receiving your order from Kelly's Eye. Deliveries will be made by either Tuffnells or UK Mail and if your goods are in stock they will be despatched for delivery next day if your order is received before 3.00 PM Mon - Fri.

 

So good we’ve run out!
Due to our products being great, there are times when demand outstrips supply. In these cases we will let you know and give you the option to cancel the order. Assuming you don’t mind waiting, we will send the item out to you just as soon as it lands with us.

 

Personally speaking...
Are your personal details safe? Of course they are! We wouldn’t want anybody messing with our personal details so we don’t mess with yours. The information we ask you for is simply to assist us in getting your order to you as quickly as possible – nothing else. We don’t give or sell your contact information to anybody – however much they offer!

 

Financial Information
As with your personal details, we are also very protective of your banking details. We use a secure system provided by Protx, which has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). We adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process. Forgotten something?
Do you need to make a change to your order? No problem! Hopefully you have realised before your order has been dispatched. Anyway, send us an email or call us and we will do our very best to accommodate you.

 

Can I pay by cheque?
We do accept payments by cheque, however goods are never shipped by us until we have received cleared funds. Ask your customer advisor to explain the cheque payment procedure to you.
