Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with the goods you have purchased within 14 days of receipt you may return them to us.

The goods must be unused and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. You must return them via registered post at your own expense including a copy of the receipt and delivery note that accompanied the goods when they were delivered.

Or if you live nearby, you can return them in person to Kelly’s Eye (No1) Ltd, 134 Brookfield Place, Walton Summit, Bamber Bridge, Preston PR5 8BF.

Products that have been personalised cannot be returned.

Our returns’ policy does not affect your legal rights under the Distance Selling Regulations or other legislation.
